Willemin 408MT
The Willemin-Macodel 408MT is a Swiss multi-process machining centre with an automatic bar feeder, dedicated to machining parts with complex geometry from bar stock or pre-cut raw material. Benefiting from the expertise of Willemin-Macodel, the 408MT machining centre is perfect for cutting-edge industries such as medical, dental, and precision contract machining.
- Milling up to 30000 rpm.
- Powered spindle, HSK-E40 interface.
- Turning on the A(C) axis up to 6000 rpm.
- Machining of bars measuring Ø 32 mm maximum.
- B axis angular movement -15° to +100°.

CNC turning
DECO 13 & EvoDECO 16
Designed for the most demanding machining operations and users, these machines are the most powerful and productive on the market. Their unparalleled flexibility allows them to efficiently produce the most complex workpieces. They are very suitable for long and small diameters, for bar diameters from 1 up to 12 mm. Most parts can be produced fully finished. EvoDECO machines are specialised in broaching, polygon operations and of course thread whirling.
- 10 axes and 2 synchronous C axes.

Schaublin 125 ccn
The Schaublin 125 ccn is a high precision lathe with three simultaneous axes, with numerical control by Fanuc. High precision machining in small series and hard-turning is exactly what this machine is made for. The axial and radial driven tools are ideal for simple milling and drilling work.
- 3 axes X, Z and C-axis.
- Turning length 250mm.

- Spindle speed is infinitely variable from 50 up to 5‘000 rpm.
