Deco 13 and evo deco 16

This is a Swiss type turning machine with 10 linear, two C axes  and an independent counter spindle. It has 27 tool positions including 15 rotating positions. With these deco’s we can perform special techniques like thread whirling and polygon operation. It has a bar feeder LNS TRYTON.

The machine is  highly used in industries like micromechanics, watchmaking, medical & dental and electronic parts

The work range in diameter is from Ø1 mm until Ø 12 mm, max part length 180mm and the max part pickup length is 150mm.

Most suitable for large series.

 

Schaublin 125 ccn

This machine is a high precision 3 axis lathe. It has a turret station with 8 tool positions with linear and radial driven tools. The maximum turning length is 250mm and the maximum turning diameter is 32 mm. The machine has a bar feeder. It is most suitable for small series.

 

Willemin 408MT

This machine is a 5 axis simultane milling and turning machine with a maximum bar diameter of 32 mm. The machine has a bar feeder. It is most suitable for large series. The machine is  highly used in industries like micromechanics, watchmaking, medical & dental and electronic parts.
